DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. If you are tired of having endless health troubles and having equal number of medicines then try this simple trick.

Take a deep breath inside your lungs and try to hold it for 60 seconds and leave the breath slowly and keep your breath outside for 40 seconds or more. If you are not able to hold your breath for that much of time don't worry. Keep trying! you will start doing that after sometime when your lungs will be able to do that. And do this 10 times or more.

Heart patients should first consult their and should take care while doing this exercise.
