Health Tip

If you are tired of having endless health troubles and having equal number of medicines then try this simple trick.

Take a deep breath inside your lungs and try to hold it for 60 seconds and leave the breath slowly and keep your breath outside for 40 seconds or more. If you are not able to hold your breath for that much of time don't worry. Keep trying! you will start doing that after sometime when your lungs will be able to do that. And do this 10 times or more.

Heart patients should first consult their and should take care while doing this exercise.

You will you see marked improvement in your daily life!

Drink a lot of fresh water and inhale clean 'n fresh air as it will naturely cure your health, imunity and allergies troubles.
